Please note that the Indoor Cam C210 is compatible with Homebase 3, but it only supports the storage function. To access this feature, you'll need to update your eufy Security app to the latest version (iOS: 4.8.32_1447 & Android: 4.8.3_2051) and ensure that your Indoor Cam C210 firmware is version 3.5.0.0 or later, as well as your Homebase 3 firmware being version 3.4.6.9 or above.
