The eufy Security Video Doorbell Dual (Wired) is engineered to ensure your data is kept private. It allows you to keep a secure record of everything that happens around your home. The package includes the Video Doorbell Dual (Wired), Doorbell Chime, Screw pack, Mounting bracket, Micro-USB charging cable, Screw hole positioning card, 15° mounting wedge, Detaching pin, Quick start guide, Brand card, and 24/7 monitoring sticker.
The dimensions of the Video Doorbell Dual (Wired) are L5.4 x W2.0 x D1.1 inches (L13.8 x W5.0 x D2.7 cm), while the Chime measures L3.8 x W1.9 x D1.6 inches (L9.6 x W5 x D4.1 cm). The Video Doorbell Dual must connect to your existing wires, using wiring with 16-24VAC, 30VA or more. If your transformer doesn't meet this standard, you'll need a new transformer, and it's recommended to hire an electrician if you're unsure. The Video Doorbell Dual is not compatible with the existing chime, and it only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
The Video Doorbell Dual (Wired) S330 does not connect to the HomeBase, but it can be shared with family members, and you can adjust permission settings for different people. It supports Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, but not Apple HomeKit. The 8GB eMMC built-in storage can store up to 90 days of video, assuming 25 videos per day and each video is 15 seconds. You can use an Amazon Echo as a chime, but Google Home Mini is not supported. If the storage is full, new videos will overwrite the oldest ones.
The installation process has been designed to be as simple as possible, and an installation video is available. The Video Doorbell Dual (Wired) S330 is not compatible with the user's existing chime, and it comes with a jumper to bypass the existing chime.
Please note that push notifications with thumbnail previews require thumbnail preview images to be temporarily stored in the cloud. If you choose to use cloud-based features, such as cloud storage or push notifications with thumbnail previews, videos or thumbnail previews will be sent to the cloud as needed to provide your selected features.
