After the initial setup via the app, the scale can independently complete the body composition measurement and store up to 24 sets of data, syncing automatically to the app once connected.
Guarding the user's heart health, the scale can monitor the heart rate during exercise, allowing adjustment of the exercise intensity according to the heart index to reach fitness goals while maintaining a healthy heart. The high-precision G-sensors provide accurate measurements down to 0.1 lb (0.05 kg), and the advanced ITO coating technology allows for measurements without the need to ensure both feet are on the electrode pads.
The body fat scale can analyze 15 measurements, including weight, BMI, body fat, fat-free body weight, subcutaneous fat, heart rate, heart index, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, BMR, and body age. Users can view the detailed charts and trends of these metrics on the "Fitdays" app, which also allows synchronization with other fitness apps like Apple Health, Fitbit, and Google Fit.
