It's important to note that the eufy Security Video Doorbell Dual (Battery) works with traditional chimes but is not compatible with digital chimes. Additionally, the battery doorbell cannot be used as a wired doorbell, but a wired version (Video Doorbell Dual) is available.

The battery doorbell can be installed as a wired doorbell to work with your existing chime and improve battery life. Alternatively, you can purchase the wired version (available only in North America).
